This light-bodied fruited sour, is brewed in the style of a traditional German gose. Its high mineral content balances out the acidity and makes for a dry and refreshing finish.
Here, we used 500kg of blackberries, boysenberries, strawberries, raspberries resulting in a perky, bright beer perfect for warm days.
