Description: We’ve been waiting to brew our first Single Hop IPA for ages. Way back in February 2022 we had a little Beer Geek session where we looked at different hops “dry hopped” in a bottle of lager for a few days. The one hop that totally blew us away was Cashmere. We figured it would make a great Single Hop WCIPA. So we chucked it in the schedule and finally had the space to make it.
Cashmere has this incredibly complete array of flavours. Pine without a lot of resin, citrus without a lot of grapefruit, and spicey without being planty or floral. It’s a crazy palette of flavours for just one variety.You can smash it and enjoy the simplicity or let it warm up a touch and see all those intriguing flavours.
